Terms of service for using ScreenTickr
The agreement between you and ScreenTickr when you use the app.

ScreenTickr is operated by Vbiz Group Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By accessing or using ScreenTickr, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Parents are responsible for supervising their child's use of the app.
3. Description of service
ScreenTickr provides a web-based tool for managing routine tasks and earning screen time rewards.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activity under your account
- Providing accurate information
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
- Upload harmful or malicious content
6. Payments
- Fees are billed in advance
- Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
- We may change pricing with notice
7. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and software associated with ScreenTickr remain our property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service.
8. Disclaimer
ScreenTickr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Specific behavioural outcomes
- That the service will be uninterrupted
- That it will be error-free
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScreenTickr is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) in the previous 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You may delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
